Our NEW Spring 2023 Referral Form for ALL H180 programs is posted below. Please send this to us as posted on the form.
FACILITATORS
Our Lead Facilitators become certified through a four-day training program which is taught by the 180 Degrees National Organization. There are other available positions from both Lead Facilitators and Facilitators to Program Aids.
ALL Heartland 180 adults working with youth are required to complete a background check. Please click on the button to access the Release Form and send the completed form to our address listed on the Contact Us page.
TUTORS & MENTORS
A major component of the services provided by Heartland 180 that supplements the 180 Curriculum includes providing volunteers who offer academic tutoring and life skills mentoring. Research shows that the success or our youth increases as more adults take and active and personal interest in the lives of these young people.
COMMUNITY
There are many ways that organizations can offer support to our programs. Just a few ideas include:
